From the pesto we serve you, to the spices used in all our dishes and the ginger we use to prepare your morning tea – we grow most of our ingredients in our property with loving care and no pesticides.

We take pride in integrating these organic sourced ingredients into our ‘Slow Cook’ ethos.
Besides our daily fresh prepared breakfast, at request we prepare lunch boxes for you and yours to take with and to nourish you throughout your day of exploring and sightseeing.
